Rejuvenation Spa VIP program cost for annual membership:
$100 for an individual
$175 for a family (up to 4 people)
The Rejuvenation Spa VIP program provides savings based on anticipated use. Memberships will expire 1 year after the date of purchase. There are no refunds, credits, or cash given for "unused memberships."
