How early should I arrive? If you are a first time spa-goer, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out our new client intake form. It is always considerate to be early rather than right on time. What should I do when I arrive? Our friendly coordinating staff will greet and check you in at the front desk. If you are receiving a spa service, they will direct you to our relaxation area and offer you a complimentary beverage. If you are receiving multiple services, we have individual lockers with robes and spa sandals for your convenience. What is the gratuity policy? Our services do not include gratuity unless you are in a party of 6 or more. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Our coordinators at the front desk will be delighted to assist you. Can I receive additional treatments the day of my scheduled appointment? Should you want to add treatments on the day you arrive, simply inquire about openings during your consultation. If there are openings, we will gladly schedule them for you. Do I have to disrobe entirely for a spa treatment? Please disrobe to your comfort level. Please keep in mind that our highly trained professionals will drape towels or sheets discreetly over areas not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy at all times. It is however recommended to disrobe completely when receiving a Vichy Shower treatment. What if I am late for an appointment? If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment will need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure our next guest’s appointment is started on time. What if I have heath problems? Please notify a coordinator when scheduling a service if you have high blood pressure, or have any physical ailments or disabilities. This will better prepare our team to customize your service and provide you with the best possible experience. We also ask first time guests to complete an intake form that will describe any physical conditions to your service technicians. What if I am pregnant? We recommend that women that are pregnant consult with a physician prior to receiving spa services. We also request notification at the time of scheduling services to better prepare our team to customize your service and provide you with the best possible treatment. Do your offer discounts? We offer series discounts on all nail, facial and massage services. You may choose between a series of 3 and a series of 6. Please contact a spa coordinator at your convenience for more information.
