Registering your Rejuvenation Spa Gift Card can help protect the value of your Card if it’s ever lost, stolen or damaged. If something happens to your registered Card, just call 608-831-7546 and report the loss. We’ll freeze the Card at the time of your call, and mail you a replacement. Registration is not transferable.
