Recommended for all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are looking to relieve stress or or you are experiencing specific aches or pains, lying in the side position allows access to key muscles while remaining comfortable for you. Note: If you are still able to lie on your stomach in the first trimester with doctor approval, you can schedule a regular non-pregnancy-specific massage session.

* Thai Massage (90 min.)    
Thai massage is the application of pressure on specific points along the body's energy lines (sen sib). You will experience the therapist's hands, elbows, feet and knees on points during the treatment. It also includes passive yoga poses that incorporate breathing while you rest comfortably on a mat. This is a clothed massage; no oil or lotion is used.
